The gizzards slightly cut into thin slide which help to reduce the chewyness. Overall very good taste. Slightly spicy but if you are spicy eater, you will need more chili. Tha packing was durable. Nice and neat. ”

Whenever I'm low on energy, this is my go-to spot to recharge. The seating is quick, the staff is friendly, and they always remind you to be careful with the stone pot. And the popcorn chicken? Definitely the best! ”

“ When you receive your meal, it's a delight for your eyes - it's presented (as you can see in the photos) in a unique array of side dishes that you add to a large bubbling pot of delicious goodness. And 10 seconds to cook those chewy noodles, wow! Only issue was that it took much longer to receive the food after we placed our order. I got the Golden Hot and Sour soup with an extra order of lamb for an additional $5. The broth warmed the soul and was really good (and I'm not a soup person to begin with). The sides were great and everything complimented the noodles well, which were also fantastic. I was tempted by the boba, as it looked pretty large on other tables, but decided to pass this round. But alas, there's next time! The food was great, and I left satisfied, warm, and hearty. Only qualms with the meal: 1. For an additional $5, they gave me what, 3-4 pieces of lamb? That's paltry and not worth the price, so despite the lamb tasting amazing, I was slowly fishing in my broth, looking and desiring more. 2. I was getting a bit stir-crazy and hangry waiting for the meal. We sat at our table for about 30-ish minutes before our food arrived. It was pretty packed, so I'll give them a small pass. But I was so famished and about to flag a waiter down with disappointment - fortunately, our waiter came with our meal, and my tummy was happy. Overall, solid place to find warmth from soup. Definitely will come back - but maybe not during peak hours. ”

“ I came here on a Sunday afternoon, and there was no wait at all. I got the fish with green pepper rice noodles. It had a slight kick but was definitely manageable, and the broth was packed with flavor. The portion sizes are pretty large as well. I loved the variety of toppings and how fun it was to assemble my own meal -- definitely a unique experience! The food arrived quickly and was piping hot. The soup came in a stone pot, which was perfect for keeping everything warm and even cooking the egg they give you. Would definitely come back! ”

“ I come here once a month on average. Usually no wait but sometimes you might have to put your name down on the waitlist by the door. Parking lot is shared with other restaurants in the plaza, and I've never had trouble finding a spot. The two dishes I always get: - Fish with green pepper rice noodles: spicy, comes with noodles and add-ins on the side, decent amount of fish - Cordyceps flower chicken rice noodle: non spicy, creamy broth, comes with an entire chicken leg quarter I've tried the crossing the bridge noodles with beef brisket, which is also a solid choice. The popcorn chicken is crunchy and has a nice kick to it as well. I think you can get a lot of the options on the menu with rice instead of noodles, but I love the texture of the Yunnan rice noodles, so I always get those. Each table has a QR code for ordering or you can order with a physical menu and the server. Overall, the service is efficient and this place always hits. There are two all-gender restrooms in the back that are fine to use. ”

“ We arrived at 8:30pm, but they welcomed us right away even though they're closing in half an hour. Once seated, they have menus for you. You also have the option to order through a QR code or with a waiter. It's my first time trying Yunnan rice noodle, which I enjoyed. It's kind of fun how they give you all the ingredients separately in tiny bowls to put into your broth. It makes it very Instagram-worthy even if that's not their intention. I ordered the Spicy Beef Brisket Rice Noodles ($17.49) and also shared the Crispy Chicken Wings ($8.50). The wings come with 5 pieces and they're super crispy and juicy. They also come piping hot, so be careful as I burned the top of my mouth attempting to eat this. As for the rice noodles, this didn't seem much at first but was pretty filling. I felt slightly rushed to put all my ingredients into my bowl so they could take away my tray, but the food was delicious. This is perfect for a cold day as the stone pot keeps everything warm throughout the meal. This is such a comforting meal. The broth flavor was spot on while not being too spicy either. Also love the aesthetics of the space with a modern and natural feel. ”
